Waldo Lake

Journal entry September 2010, Waldo Lake.  

Mmmmmm, hash for breakfast.  Toast, juice and Sumatran coffee.  Man this is tough.  

Getting ready for a day trip my boat drifted to the other side of the bay.  This could have been disastrous but turned out to just be an opportunity for a picture:

The tunnel seemed to be a good idea for it's age, but took so long to build it was outmoded before it became operational.  Good thing too, it would have made Waldo Lake an entirely different place with a lot less water:
